About MagicCo
I don't build software. I build systems people can rely on.
MagicCo is led by Jean Torrealba, a systems builder working across operations, commerce, media, automation, and applied AI. The work is simple to describe and hard to do well: turn messy operational problems into tools people can trust.
MagicCo started from a simple conviction: the next generation of businesses will not be run by disconnected tools and improvised workflows. They will be run by thoughtful systems that combine product, automation, data, and AI into one operating layer.
We work closest to founders, operators, and lean teams who already know the work matters. Our job is to turn that operational knowledge into durable software: tools that answer clearly, act carefully, and keep improving as the business grows.
The output is not a deck, a prototype, or a pile of scripts. The output is working infrastructure: authenticated apps, workflows, permissions, dashboards, integrations, and support paths that can survive real use.
Build the operating layer
We do not treat AI as decoration. We connect it to permissions, data, actions, and accountability.
Understate, then deliver
Production trust is earned through clear limits, careful defaults, and systems that behave under pressure.
Design for the person doing the work
Useful software respects attention. It makes the next action obvious and keeps sensitive context protected.
Keep the system legible
Good infrastructure can be explained. Owners should understand what exists, why it exists, and how it moves.
